Safety performance metrics are tracked and utilized for continuous improvement opportunities daily at a project level and weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually at a corporate level.

By consistently monitoring safety performance and Key Performance Indicators, MasTec Purnell proactively identifies hazards, trends, and potential safety issues prior to the incident.

With Total Recordable Incident Frequency (TRIF) rates reducing annually and proactive Key Performance Indicators increasing we are well-positioned to continue achieving safety excellence.
