In 2019 MasTec Purnell took an internal look across our organization to better understand how we stand as a corporate citizen. The first order of business was to address our company’s Core Values. We engaged several hundred of our people through face to face conversations and facilitated an organization-wide survey to come up with our Core Values in the most accurate way possible.
